Aromi e spezie sapientemente calibrati per saporire questa gustosissima e tipica bevanda.

Ingredienti: Bucce di limone – Bucce di arancio – Cannella Regina – Garofano chiodi.

PREPARAZIONE: Mettere un litro di vino rosso fermo in un pentolino e riscaldare a fuoco basso aggiungendo poco alla volta 120/150 g di zucchero (oppure 10/12 cucchiaini di miele), mescolando costantemente. Aggiungere uno/due cucchiai della miscela qui proposta, portare a bollore e lasciare andare per 5 minuti. Servire ben caldo!
